Marc Black is a retired NYPD Detective Investigator with extensive expertise in counterterrorism, arson and explosion investigations, computer crimes investigations and intelligence. As a key member of the Counterterrorism Division’s Threat Reduction Infrastructure Protection Section, he played a critical role in safeguarding New York City’s vital infrastructure by conduction security and vulnerability assessments, threat assessments and coordinating with federal agencies and foreign partners to strengthen security measures for NYC. His tenure in the Arson & Explosion Squad saw him working alongside the FDNY and other law enforcement agencies to investigate major post-blast and arson incidents, ensuring public safety and delivering justice. William “Billy” Walsh is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 32 years of service, including leadership roles in the Gwinnett County, Georgia Police Department and Sheriff’s Office. A graduate of the FBI National Academy, he specialized in hazardous devices, SWAT operations, and counterterrorism, serving as Bomb Squad Commander and achieving the rank of Major.
